Job Location:
Breeden's Orchard, 631 Beckwith Rd, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122
Job Type:
Seasonal with part-time and full-time availability; mid-May through mid-December.
Responsibilities:
Perform various tasks both in the orchard, kitchen, food truck and the farm store.
Assist with the setup and management of special events and classes.
Engage with children and families visiting the farm.
Perform physical activities such as lifting up to 40 pounds and walking across farm terrain.
Adhere to safety and health guidelines, including wearing appropriate footwear, sunscreen, and bug spray.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Must be 17 years of age or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors and be comfortable in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills; customer service orientation not mandatory but beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings; typical start time as early as 7:30 AM.
Interest in agriculture, food service, or animal care is a plus.
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn about and convey the orchard’s story and values.
Preferred:
Experience in farming, food service, or customer relations.
Educational background or interest in hospitality or related fields.
Ability to contribute to special events and birthday parties, possibly in a coordination role.
