In this Bread Making class you will learn the benefits and basics of sourdough and how to care for your starter.

You will also learn the difference between discard and active starter, and gain knowledge of all items needed to make your sourdough journey successful. This class will give you hands on experiences such as learning how to do stretch and folds and feed your starter so you can keep baking all year long.

You will go home with your very own active starter and PDF with recipes to try on your own!

We will also have sourdough samples to taste such as: an artisan loaf, cookies, and other baked treats.

Our Mother and Son Dance will take place on Saturday, May 10th from 5:30-7:30.

Your ticket will include admission into the dance, where you'll be greeted with fun décor and a DJ playing all the best music hits for every age. There will also be dessert bar of fun flavorful sweets and a variety of beverages.

Tickets are $20 per person. Mom / Mother figures and Sons must both purchase tickets. Multiple Mother figures and multiple siblings may attend so long as they have tickets to attend. Suggested age is 4 years and older.

In this hands-on class, you and the group will brew a batch of mead together with the expert guidance of Matt, the brewer behind Skeptic Meadery. From selecting the ingredients to learning the brewing techniques, you’ll experience the entire process of crafting mead as a team. Best of all, you’ll get to pick up a bottle when it’s ready!

Pasta Ripiena: This Stuffed Pasta and Pasta-Filling Class is a hands-on experience where you'll learn how to craft your own fresh pasta dough from scratch and master the art of stuffing it with a variety of delicious fillings, including cheese and vegetables.

Explore essential techniques for folding pasta to create classic shapes like ravioli and tortellini, all while discovering the secrets to making flavorful, homemade pasta.

No prior experience is required—Session 1: Pasta Making Basics is not a prerequisite, though both classes complement each other.

Summer means happy times and good sunshine! Grab a friend, and come celebrate the warm season with an afternoon of cookie decorating! You will learn the basics of piping and flooding sugar cookies with royal icing.  We will be decorating four Summer themed cookies for you to enjoy or bring home to your loved ones!  All skill levels welcome.

Bugs might give some people the jitters, but they play a BIG role in keeping the farm healthy! There are good bugs! We’ll meet some wiggly worms, friendly spiders, and even learn why snakes are important too.

With hands-on activities, a critter-themed craft, and a snack inspired by our tiny friends, kids will leave loving the creatures that help our farm thrive.

Then, little adventurers will create their own playful masks to stay cleverly disguised before setting off on a walkabout through the orchard, searching for cuddly campers who’ve set up around the orchard. After their grand expedition, it’s time to return for a delightful picnic dinner, just like the bears would want!

Kids will follow the journey of our orchard’s favorite fruit, from bud to harvest.

Through hands-on learning, a craft, and a peachy snack, they’ll get a taste of farm life—literally!  

Tweet, chirp, and flutter—birds are some of the orchard’s best helpers! From spreading seeds to eating pesky bugs, they keep things in balance.

Kids will learn about different birds, take a walk to spot them in action, and act like a bird and make a nest!  A bird-themed snack rounds out this feathered adventure!
