Cinnamon Rolls

THAW TIME: 3-4 hours I BAKE TIME: 12-14 MINUTES

  1. Pull rolls out of freezer and thaw in fridge overnight. ( Or on countertop for 3 to 4 hours). Allow to proof on countertop till they double in size. (The length of time is dependent on room temp but approximately 1 to 2 hours once thaw)

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  3. Optional step, brush rolls with milk.

  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes

Ways to know if the rolls are done:

  • Thermometer should read 190 degrees

  • Rolls should be golden brown

Best enjoyed warm!

INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour, brown sugar - dark, whole milk, butter - salted, egg, white sugar, cinnamon, yeast, kosher salt, vanilla
