Apple Fest weekend celebrating Johnny Appleseed's Birthday!
Apple fest is a free event on Saturday and Sunday with apple demonstrations including apple butter making, dehydrated apple chips, apple cider, and apple dumplings. The bakery will feature all things apple: apple pies, apple strudel, apple dumplings, apple cobbler etc.

Case for Smiles Pop Up - Sewing for the Kids this September
Come and join Lindsay for a day of sewing as she shows you how to make a pillowcase!
September is national Pediatric Cancer Awareness month, and we are partnering with Case for Smiles to sew and donate pillowcases to Vanderbilt children’s hospital for kids receiving treatment for life threatening illnesses.
Bring your cash donation or a few yards of fabric, and let’s GET SEWING! This is a great activity for the entire family.
No previous sewing experience required.
We will have machines available for use.
Come and stay as long or as little as you would like.
We also need volunteers to iron and package the pillowcases.
Family Game Night & Food Trucks
Bring the whole family out for a Friday Night full of games and fun at Breedens Orchard.
We’ll be having Hurts’ Hot Chicken food truck and the Black Box Ice Cream
Truck joining us for the evening!
Bring a game from home, or borrow one of ours. Picnic benches will be available and the market will be open!

Adult Sewing Class - Intro to Sewing
Join us for an Adult sewing class on August 17th at 6:00 pm!
This will be a beginner level class for adults who have access to their own sewing machine. I will only be taking 8 people in this group, so we can watch learn and chat about all things sewing! More details on the class project to come!

Everything's Peachy A Cooking Experience with Laura from Southern Olive
This class will start with a demonstration of how to create the perfect peach mocktail or cocktail when I demonstrate my Peach & Mint Vodka slush.
I will follow that up with Peach Crostini
Peach Marinated Pork Tenderloin/Cod,
Lemon Sicilian Potatoes,
Champagne Pineapple Slaw.
And we will finish the evening with a Peach and Berry Cobbler

This will be a super fun, unscripted class, where you will see me demonstrate my ritual of food prepping and be able to ask all your questions!

Beginning Sewing Class for Teens
Beginning Sewing for Teens will be a basic sewing skills class for ages 12-16.
We will run through the basics of selecting fabrics, cutting patterns, and sewing a small project! (Additional project details to come ) We will also discuss sewing and fabric terminology as well as troubleshooting when things go wrong, because accidents happen!
You will leave this class knowing how to use your sewing machine and feeling confident to work on future projects!
I have 2 additional sewing machines available for use, please email me at lindsaywild@gmail.com to reserve yours prior to payment.
If you have a slightly younger child that you feel would be a good fit for this class, please email me and we can discuss further - parent attendance may also be required if child is under age 12.
Class size is limited to 8 students. This class will be indoors within the Breedens Orchard market store.
